Process Management

This course introduces the student to concepts and techniques of process management. Through lectures, excercises, and discussion, the student will learn to understand, document, analyze, and improve business processes. Process decomposition, modeling, and analysis techniques, performance measurement, and improvement techniques will be studied. Risk, change, and project management issues will be addressed for process related initiatives. Development of a process-focused organization and critical success factors will be discussed.
