Organizational Behavior

This course provides the
student with a working knowledge of organizational behavior for personal
and professional development. The course is a techniques-oriented approach
to using the concepts of management leverage, the management medium
of meetings, and methods of communication. Organizational theories,
including today's hybrids, are explored. Dual reporting structures,
matrix management, and various methods of influence and control are
studied.
